Anthem Memory Care Launches Employee Resource Fund to Support Team Members During Times of Hardship

WEST LINN, Ore. – Anthem Memory Care has established the Anthem Memory Care Employee Resource Fund to provide emergency financial assistance to team members facing unexpected hardships. The fund, administered by independent nonprofit SHORE (Senior Housing Relief for Elders, Inc.), is designed to offer timely support when life’s challenges arise. The fund reflects Anthem’s longstanding commitment to supporting not only the residents and families it serves, but also the dedicated caregivers and team members who make that care possible each day.

“Our team members show up for residents and families during some of life’s most challenging moments,” said Isaac Scott, Owner, Anthem Memory Care. “We wanted to create a meaningful way to support them when they face challenges of their own. This fund is a commitment to the people who make such a difference in the lives of those we serve.”

The Employee Resource Fund provides one-time grants to eligible Anthem employees experiencing unforeseen financial hardship, such as emergency medical expenses, transportation issues, housing-related emergencies, or other unexpected life events. Applications are reviewed and administered directly by SHORE, ensuring a confidential, fair, and independent process.

“Caregivers dedicate themselves to helping others every day,” said Jennifer Prado, Executive Director of SHORE. “We’re proud to partner with Anthem to provide a resource that helps support these individuals when they need it most.”

The Employee Resource Fund is open to contributions from families, business partners, and community members who wish to support caregivers working in memory care. Because the fund is managed by SHORE, all eligible donations are tax-deductible.
